Leverage your experience and expertise to help our clients

o Work closely with our Practice Leads and others in the firm to identify and respond to emerging consulting opportunities in the power industry

o Meet with clients, understand and assess their situation, needs, and objectives

o Identify and implement solutions that improve our client’s situation and adds tremendous value to their organization

o Maintain robust communications with our clients and your GridSME teammates

o Ensure we understand our client’s expectations and are constantly exceeding those expectations

• Client Relationship Management & Business Development

o Work with GridSME’s Practice Leads, SMEs, and leadership to continuously build and strengthen our client relationships

o Be the owner and champion of the relationship with the clients you work for

o Perform various activities in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Strategy Development and Execution

o Help us identify and work on weak areas of the company in need of improvement

o Assist the CEO, COO/CFO, Practice Leads, and other team members with GridSME’s strategic development and execution

o Meet regularly with our leadership team to analyze results and focus on improvement opportunities

o Communicate to the company your current challenges, successes, and opportunities
